Welcome to The
Unfashionable. This blog is my outlet to
explore the various subjects that pique my curiosity, namely fashion, design,
art, photography, travel, and Paris. The Unfashionable began in 2009 when, as a
senior fashion design student studying abroad in Paris, France, I began to
research, document, and explore what being ‘unfashionable’ as a designer meant
to me. Writing for The Unfashionable has since been an opportunity to continue
to explore the visual arts through the eyes of someone
drawn towards the avant-garde, the unusual, the odd, and the eccentric above
all else, though my tastes change faster than I can keep track of. This blog
also acts as a venue for me to write about travel, music, food, and Paris, as
well as any other musings of my mind.
