Robert Frank is one of my favorite photographers; his work inspires me as I learn to become a photographer and I feel deeply connected to his method and philosophy about photography. His work is unpretentious, honest, and imperfect, which makes him so accessible and inspiring for so many people. I just recently put together my first photographic portfolio and I used a quote by Robert Frank to add to my collection of photos. Robert Frank said, "I feel that if my photograph leaves an image on his mind, something has been accomplished."
